RETURN POLICY:

Thanh An Trading and Manufacturing Company Limited and Party B, the return policies are mentioned in the following clauses:

II/ CONTRACT CONTENT

1/ Party A commits to delivering the goods on the agreed-upon deadline.

2/ In case of delays, Party A must promptly notify Party B and propose appropriate remedial measures.

3/ The goods will be delivered to the location designated by Party B, who has the right to inspect the goods upon receipt.

4/ If defects are found or the products do not meet the requirements, Party B may refuse to accept the goods or request a replacement. Party A only accepts exchanges in the following cases:

• NO lace cut
• NO damage
• UNWASHED
• NO hair cut
• NO hair dye
• NO altered/changes

ANY REQUEST WHICH DOES NOT FOLLOW AS DESCRIBED PROLICY WILL NOT BE HONORED.

Please contact seller when you have problem with items, we will be happy to solve as soon as possible. Return WITHOUT communication is REJECTED.

II/ RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES

• Party B is responsible for providing complete information about product requirements, delivery location, and other related requests to ensure Party A can fully and accurately fulfill the contract terms
• Party B must make timely and full payments as stipulated in the contract and is responsible for receiving, inspecting the quality of the goods at the destination, and promptly notifying Party A of any issues related to the goods.

The above clauses stipulate Party B’s right to inspect and refuse the goods if they do not meet the requirements, as well as Party A’s responsibility to notify and remedy delivery delays.
